SNOWFEST/BONEFIGHT weekend, Nesselwang Germany, 15th-17th February
Dear Sled Dogs Friends and Family,
I’m delighted to invite you to the biggest Sled Dogs Snowskates event of the year: SNOWFEST/BONEFIGHT weekend, Nesselwang Germany, 15th-17th February.
I will be attending along with key representatives from different countries and some of our top athletes for the BONEFIGHT race, of course!
But it’s also a weekend for fans, friends and family from the snowskating world: The official Sled Dogs BLACK BONE partybus with sound system and rooftop DJ will be there for the event and we will have the whole weekend to snowskate, party, race, dine, relax, and enjoy the company of fellow snowskaters.
We will release the full schedule next week but I would advise you to book the hotel now (see below) as space is limited for the best hotel for the best price. It’s First come, first served! We expect it to be fully booked within next week.
I very much hope to see you there!

By plane, the nearest airport is Memmingen (Munich west). This is probably also the cheapest option.
From Memmingen, Nesselwang is only 35 minutes by hire car heading south on route 7 motorway. There are local trains and buses but hire car is recommended. Here is a hire car company we have used before: https://www.billiger-mietwagen.de/
Alternatively, the closest major airport is Munich city airport. Lots of flights here and normal prices. From here, it’s about 1,5 hours by car depending on the traffic. There are also bus and train services from here.
By car, Nesselwang, Germany is very accessible from most parts of Europe.
